Delivery timeframe, delivery company you are using etc; 3 -5 working days by Pallet Line (Standard delivery terms).
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Return of goods within 14 days timescale. Customer pays for return postage and a restocking recharge of 25%. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom made products and special order items where those have been supplied correctly. This includes any non standard product that we manufacture especially to order, however we will always do our best to resolve any concerns.
Damaged goods as we use a 3rd party we wrap all our deliveries carefully but inevitably there are the occasional instances of damage in transit. Please take the time to check your delivery when it arrives, and if there is any signs of damage, sign for the goods as damaged and report to us within 24 hours.
